When will I receive my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your order through our website or the courier's website.

At the moment we only offer shipping to states within Australia including Tasmania. We hope to eventually expand the DewDrop Family globally! Sign up to our newsletter with your email and we will be in contact to inform you of when we will expand to international shipping!

Unfortunately, due to the nature of business, we are unable to accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds of an order unless the products have been damaged during transit. Please review our refund policy page for more information or email us at info.dewdropbeauty@gmail.com 

Our aim at DewDropBeauty is to provide you with access to the best brands in asian skincare whilst also providing you guidance and education on the properties of the product as well as how to use it. However, please be advised that the DewDropBeauty recommendations and descriptions are not medically supported and are based on recommendation of usage and information provided by the brand and research studies. We do not take responsibility for any adverse effects when using the products. If you have allergies, or are worried about using a product on your skin, please seek the advice of a medical professional/dermatologist. At the moment our store is delivery only and completely online. Please keep an eye out from our newsletter (sign up and join the DewDrop Family) and we will alert you when we will do warehouse drops and sales.

As our DewDrop Family continues to grow and expand, we look to expand our brand list and provide you with access to more skin care goodies!!
