Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, DewDropBeauty does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on orders once they have been shipped — unless the items inside the box are damaged upon receipt.

We take pride in ensuring that every item is thoroughly checked before dispatch, but acknowledge that there may be the rare occasion that the products can be damaged during transit. If the contents of your order arrive damaged (excluding the outer box damage), please contact us at info.dewdropbeauty@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order, and include clear photos of the damaged product(s) as well as a clear description.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide instructions on the return process of your products via an acknowledgement email. Please be advised that all refunds can only be conducted after the item has been returned to our HQ and approved for refund. You will be required to organise your own postage of the items to our HQ with details sent with initial email. After the items have been returned to us, we will promptly notify you on the approval/rejection status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Refund times may vary depending on your bank or provider.

Refund Not Arrived?

If you’re expecting a refund and haven’t seen it yet:
- Double-check your bank account or payment method.
- Contact your card issuer, as it may take a few days for the refund to show.
- Get in touch with your bank in case there are any processing delays.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be advised that the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will be dependent on your choice of bank. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
